Mike Robinson, CFP

President

Mike has been around the fence industry since he was a teenager. Growing up in the business has truly put fence in his blood and his passion for the industry is evident. From installation to sales to General Manager to owner, Mike has experienced all facets of the business. As President and owner of Robinson Fence, Mike has accomplished great achievements in the fencing industry. Mike is a Certified Fence Professional (CFP), the industry’s highest credential. For the American Fence Association’s (AFA) Midwest Chapter, he has been the Chapter Vice-President and President (2004-2006). In 2006, he was elected to the national Board of Directors for the national American Fence Association. In 2011 and 2012 he was elected and served as the Vice President of the national AFA. In 2013, he was elected as the President Elect for the national AFA and was the 2014 national President. In 2019, Mike received certification as a Certified Fence Contractor (CFC) with the AFA. Additionally, in 2020, Mike was given the honor of being inducted into the AFA's Hall Of Fame, the AFA's highest honor. Mike’s enthusiasm for the fencing industry is shown in these accomplishments and in how he runs his business.

Tom Mowry

Senior Estimator, Missouri

Tom was welcomed as a Commercial Estimator for Robinson Fence in early February 2014. He had 10 years of sales experience as he worked in the construction industry with inside and outside contractor sales. Tom has a degree in Public Relations and enjoys working with contractors. Tom was promoted to Senior Estimator in early 2016. With his attention to detail, knowledge of the sales industry, and fun personality, Tom is a valuable addition to the company.

Brian McNew

Superintendent, Missouri

Brian joined the Robinson Fence team in September 2016. He has been around construction most of his life and began a career in home building around age 25. With his knowledge of commercial building, Brian brings with him a wealth of information related to the construction industry which blends right into the fence industry. His previous experience of managing his own crews makes for a fine-tuned management style that gets things done. Brian works in the heart of our business' day to day affairs and is a welcome addition to the team.

Travis Mosberger

Assistant Superintendent, Missouri

Travis is a welcome addition to our Operations team. He brings with him a diverse background that gives him various skills that will be a great benefit to Robinson Fence. Travis has worked in landscape design, drafting design for new home construction, has worked as a CAD technician with an electrical company and ensured safety compliance, has worked as a design engineer, and has worked in the concrete industry. He has his education in Computer Aided Drafting & Design which further emphasizes his ability to be an all around asset to not only our company but to our customers as well.

Emily McAllister

Project Manager, Missouri

Emily has a wide range of experience. She has worked in many facets of project management giving her experience in scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and overall management of jobs. She has worked in roles that required her to juggle many moving parts while focusing on making the entire project run smoothly. This has cultivated her skills in communication with all involved in projects whether they be in-house staff, operations, and sub-contractors working on the job. This experience gives her the ability to coordinate a job from start to finish in a timely and productive manner. Emily is very organized and detailed and has the movitvation to make jobs run well which we strive for at Robinson Fence.

Justin Coffer

Project Manager, Missouri

Justin has years of experience as a Project Manager and this experience shows in how he handles himself at Robinson Fence. His experience in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from start to finish, is evident as well as his ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Justin is a team player, interjecting his experience and willingness to help out when needed. No task is too small for Justin to take on as he is one to get things done. If it needs doing, Justin will do it. This ambition makes Justin a successful and driven Project Manager for Robinson Fence.

Stan Krempges

Residential Estimator, Missouri

Stan joined our company in February 2020 as a residential estimator. Stan is well suited for this position as he has extensive experience in the field of sales. He has been around the fence and deck industry for years and knows the ins and out especially related to wood products. Stan is a motivated self-starter with an accomplished track record in outside sales, consulting, and franchising. His experience in management and previous fence company ownership gives him the edge to be a quality salesperson providing our customers with the knowledge, details, and quality customer service they would expect from Robinson Fence.

Jon Stiles, CFP

Branch Manager, Texas

Jon was added to our team to be the Branch Manager in our Texas branch office. Located in the Dallas area, Jon is able to be a hands-on Project Manager for the area projects. Jon brings with him a wealth of management experience and knowledge of the fence industry. Jon opened his own business, Big Island Fencing, in Hawaii in 1997 and grew from a one-man business to one of the largest fence companies on the Big Island hitting number 26 on 2007 Hawaii's Fastest 50 growing companies. This company was a residential and commercial contractor installing farm and ranch fence, chain link, ornamental, vinyl, wood, gate operators, and access control. They also manufactured chain link, fabricated vinyl fence, and built custom aluminum gates. Jon moved to the mainland in 2010 and has worked as a Project Manager in the fencing industry. Jon joined Robinson Fence in 2014 and brings with him a wealth of accomplishments including founder and first Governor of the Hawaii chapter of the American Fence Association (AFA), Graduate of the AFA Field Training School, Director for the AFA, Chairman for the AFA Fence Installation School, 2008 President of the Hawaii Island Contractors Association, and Jon is a Certified Fence Professional (CFP). Wow, that's impressive and so is Jon!

Eric Bolin

Commercial Estimator / Project Manager, Texas

Eric joined us in March 2020 and brought with him over 10 years of fence construction experience. Eric has extensive expertise in various types of fence construction including chain link, iron, wood, and vinyl, to name a few. He has worked in various facets of the fence industry for years and with this experience brings extensive knowledge of the fence industry. Prior experience includes technician, estimating, project management, sales, account management, and years of experience as a general manager for a fence company.. He is a creative "outside-the-box" thinker and motivator that is able to be decisive in decision making., This motivated and high quality thinking is what makes Eric a welcome addition to our Texas team.

Bruce Righter

Superintendent, Texas

Bruce joined us in the Fall of 2015. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge as he owned his own fence business in Florida for 15 years. He has a fence installation background and has installed fence around the world including the United States, South America, and the Caribbean. Additionally, Bruce has worked as a contractor in Florida for various Florida enterprises including Florida Power & Light, FBI, and Busch Gardens to name a few. He has also been the Superintendent for various projects in multiple states including Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, Georgia, and Road America at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. These experiences have given him invaluable knowledge of the fence industry for 20+ years.

Stacey Long

Office Manager, Missouri

The cheerful voice you hear answer the phone is most likey Stacey. She joined us in early 2021 as our Office Manager and hit the ground running. Stacey is very efficient in what she does. Her experience in sales, customer service and support, banking, and team sports makes her a winner for this position.
